      The Four Scents Candle Care Kit Contains: 

      • Wick Trimmer - We recommend keeping your candle wick trimmed to around 5 mm in between burns. Doing so will keep the wax clean as soot will not be dropped into it. Also, trimming the wick avoids smokey trails blowing off the candle once it has been extinguished. 

      • Wick Dipper - A wick dipper will allow you to push the wick into the melted candle wax to quickly extinguish the flame. The wick can then be trimmed once it has returned upright. 

      • Wick Snuffer - A wick snuffer can also be used to extinguish the flame of your candle. However, it works slightly differently in that it encapsulates the flame, removing the oxygen that fuels the flame to instantly distinguish it. A wick snuffer also helps to contain any smoke as this is caught within the lid. 

      • Tray - Place all of your Four Scents Candle Care Kit tools on our specialist tray, which not only looks stylish but adds a layer of protection for your surfaces. Plus, you’ll always be able to find your essential candle tools as they will be kept in one place.

      Standard Delivery: £4.95 or free on orders over £75 (4-5 working days)


      International Delivery: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer any international orders and can only deliver to UK mainland (excl. Northern Ireland) however this is something we hope to provide in the future.

      Returns:

      To return your order simply follow the steps below:

      1. Returns Forms are including in your Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation emails - Just click on the PDF to download and print. Make sure you notify us of the reason for return, by using the Reason Codes listed.

      2. Please fill in the Returns Form, carefully pack your items, addressing your parcel to the address found on your Returns Form (Any tampering to seals or opening liquid jars will invalidate your returns)

      3. Return the parcel via you local Post Office and keep hold of your proof of postage. Make sure your Returns Form is inside the mailing box that your returning.

      4. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return and your refund/exchange has been processed.

      5. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase to be accepted.
