ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

We strive to create the best natural organic products and is deep rooted in our ethos. As such all our products are made from natural, organic ingredients.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FOUR SCENTS CANDLE?

All our candles are produced with great care but the key to a perfect burning candle is not only how it is made, but how it is burned. We recommend you don’t burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time, keep the wick trimmed to about 5mm and never leave it unattended. Each of our candles is packaged with a product care card where you will find complete care instructions. 

HOW LONG DO FOUR SCENTS CANDLES BURN FOR?

Because our candles are made from eco soya wax, they burn longer than paraffin wax candles. You can expect a burn time of around 30 hours from a 20cl single wick candle, and 50 hours from a triple wick candle. The mini motives should burn for around 15 hours.

DO FOUR SCENTS CANDLES CONTAIN ANY CHEMICALS?

No. Our candles are made from eco soya wax which is sustainable and 100% natural, and we only use pure essential oils which are extracted naturally. Even our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from sustainable sources. 

WHAT ARE YOUR WICKS MADE FROM?

The wicks we use in Four Scents candles are made from natural and sustainable cotton fibres.

DO YOU TEST ANY PRODUCTS ON ANIMALS?

We do not test any products on any animals and uphold a strict policy on this.

Orders

HOW CAN I ORDER A FOUR SCENTS CANDLE?

You can order any of our range from our online shop. To place an order, simply click add to bag if you’d like to continue browsing or buy now if you’d like to proceed directly to the checkout. From there you will be able to enter your shipping, payment and billing information before confirming your order. Once your order is placed you’ll receive confirmation and we’ll take care of the rest. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this, please contact our Customer Care team.

I DIDN’T RECEIVE WHAT I ORDERED OR AN ITEM IS MISSING. WHAT CAN I DO?

If you didn't receive an item that you ordered or have any missing, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product code or description of missing product
3. Product code or description of product you have received in error
4. A photo of all products received in your order

Please be ware we can not be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit. If on receipt of the information and photos provided we confirm the damage was made in transit a refund or replacement will be sent.

THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN.

If you received an item that is damaged or broken, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product code or name
3. Description of damaged or broken product 
4. A photo of the damaged or broken products

Please be ware we can not be held liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit. If on receipt of the information and photos provided we confirm the damage was made in transit a refund or replacement will be sent.

Delivery

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU PROVIDE?

Standard Delivery: 4 – 5 working days

DO YOU DELIVERY INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer any international orders and can only deliver to UK mainland however this is something we hope to provide in the future.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

We provided standard delivery (signed for) at a cost of £4.95. If you spend £70 or more delivery is free.

Returns & exchanges

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We can only accept returns/exchanges for unopened or used items purchased from our online stored. For returns/exchanges from any of our approved retailers these will need to be returned to them in accordance to their returns policy.

To return/exchange an item from our online store you can do this by following the instructions below:
1. Contact Customer Care team selecting returns and ensure you notify us of the return reason, included any relevant information or photos. 
2. Once we have confirmed your return, carefully pack your items up addressing your parcel to the address found on your packslip
3. Return the parcel via you local Post Office and keep hold of your proof of postage.
4. You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your return and your refund/exchange has been processed.

For damaged or broken items, if on receipt of the information and photos provided we confirm the damage was made in transit a refund or replacement will be sent. Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process any returns or exchanges.

I RECEIVED A FOUR SCENTS ITEM AS A GIFT. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT?

If you received any Four Scents items as a gift, have a gift receipt from our online store and you’d like to return your gift, you can do so by contacting our Customer Care team. 

Please be aware that we are only able to offer exchanges on gifts. For refunds gifts will need to be returned by the original purchaser. To proceed with an exchange please follow the returns process mentioned above.

ARE ANY OF YOUR ITEMS NON-REFUNDABLE?

All our items have a 14 day returns policy. We are unable to accept returns on any items which have been opened or used or sealed goods which have been opened for health protection and hygiene reasons. 

WHEN WILL I RECIVE MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process any returns or exchanges from the date we receive your item/s. Once we have processed this, you will receive an email confirmation.

Payments & promotions

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Online payments are made in a secure environment and must be made using one of the following payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard , American Express, Discover, Diners club, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

I CAN’T PROCESS MY PAYMENT ON YOUR SITE.

If you encounter problems entering your card details, please check that you have entered all address and card details correctly, including the CCV code. If you still have trouble, and are sure there are sufficient funds in your account, please contact our Customer Care team who will try to help you. 

HOW DO I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

To redeem any discount code proceed to the payment section of the checkout process. From here you will have the option to add your discount before placing any orders.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We currently do not offer any gift cards, however this is something we hope to provide in the future.

HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS?

HOW DO I CREATE A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

Creating your customer account is really easy and comes with some great benefits. To set this up follow the steps below:

1. On our homepage select the person in the top right corner
2. Under sign in, select create account
3. Fill in your details a select create
4. We’ll send you an email asking you to verify your account
5. Log in using your new account details
6. You’re now ready to enjoy the benefits of your customer account.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?

You can update your personal details by logging into your account using the account icon in the top right hand corner. Your account details will appear on the right hand side. From there you can select view address which allows you to edit your information.

If you wish to change your email address or reset your password please contact our Customer Care team. 

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAIL MARKETING?

All our emails contain unsubscribe links at the bottom of each email. To unsubscribe simply click the link and we'll remove your details from our mailing list.
